The hack (Technically a patch but whatever) needs to be updated from v.3.00 to v.3.04 as it has fixed a lot of things that will make the game a more enjoyable experience. The change log can be found in the game description.

Could you explain why it needs to be updated? This game is already the 3.04 version, I patched it from the link pokemon x posted when I added it to the RGR.

Edit: I see the problem now, the developer didn't change the patch version on the intro screen when he updated the hack:


All revisions (v3.0, v3.01, v3.02, v3.04) have that intro screen.
