I doubt you mean in this specific forum so I'm going to answer in another way.

If you wanted to make a thread about Mario Kart Wii glitches then by all means you can do that. Maybe do it in video game crazyness or something. I don't see a reason why you couldn't make a thread though. If there are enough glitches that you are even bringing it up then I'm sure there is at least some life for a thread like that.
