HELP with RGR Plugin

So I was trying to install the RGR Plugin and play some Pokemon on the other site, and it always works right after I download it. But, after I turn off my computer and turn it back on, the Plugin does not work, and it says something about Flash in Google Chrome and tells me to turn on VIzzed Helper Service. I can't find this application anywhere. It also says the Plugin might be out of date but I have version 2.4.1. Can someone please help me with this?

miamilebron : You probably need to enable the plugin. Go to chrome://plugins/ and then try enabling it from there. The RGR plugin should be there somewhere.

I'm pretty sure that's right, but then again, I don't use chrome. But it's the best thing I can think of.
