i tend to get really involved in what i'm doing, so going to bed isn't exactly my favorite thing to do as i'd rather stay up and continue whatever project i'm working on without getting interrupted. likewise, i don't like being interrupted from my sleep either, once i do doze off :p.

To be honest, I prefer staying awake and doing stuff rather than sleeping. Unless I'm really really tired and I'm at school, then the thing I would love most would be to just lay in my bed.

I am not sure if I "enjoy" sleeping, but its not like I hate sleeping. Sleeping is a necessity. Like you said, you need to sleep at least 8 hours a day to stay in good health. Its actually very rare that at night, I could not wait to go to sleep. Sometimes I have really tough days at work and when I get home, I just flop down on the bed and close my eyes. On days like that, I just happen to wake up early the next morning and its like "Wow...I just fell asleep in my work clothes." lol

But anyways, I don't like sleep I don't hate sleep. Its something that all of us need eventually.

I... think I enjoy sleeping? Nowadays, sleep is a commodity for me and I really grasp at every chance I get to do so. However, I like to be awake and active too, so it's not like I'll drop what I'm doing if I'm having fun and go straight to bed when given the chance. Though, if I'm tired, I have nothing to do, I'll go straight to bed.

I also like the way zanderlex looked at it. It's not really about the sleep that I enjoy it. It's because, even when I'm groggy and tired, laying down and just feeling your body relaxing after a long day is what I'm craving. I can think about whatever is on my mind, and just contemplate how I feel. Probably my favorite part of the day.
