If I could have any superpower, I'd probably want invincibility . It'd be pretty cool to not let anything ever kill me. Sure, other superpowers sound really cool, but this one takes the cake, in my opinion. It just seems so cool to be totally invincible. 

I almost feel like I have replied to a thread like this before...

I really just want the ability to fly. It can be fun to fly around the world and explore freely and easily (without having to go to airplanes which is a little tedious and expensive). 

I mean... I'm really bored of the current area I live in...

I'd want to be able to read/control other people's minds. You could know what everyone else is thinking and you can control what they do and how they do it.

That would be really fun to mess with lol. 

I would want to see the future. So i know whats going to happen when it happens.

Hm... Pardon my odd reasons/reasoning, but I figured that if it's going to be a superpower, then why not get one that's completely overpowered and insane? =P j/k But seriously, off the top of my head, I think it would be fun to have at least one superpower that can absorb all of the superpowers I come into contact with of the people I meet (yes, including what might normally be called "bloodline" superpowers, and that's why it'll sort of be overpowered) as well as discard/give out those superpowers again. In essence, I'll be able to use the same superpowers as others just by meeting up with different powers and people and depending on what happens, I may or may not absorb their powers.

If your ability is to make fire out of thin air, of course I'm learning that for the next marshmallow-toasting camping trip but I probably won't feel the need to actually absorb it/take it away from you unless you start hurting/killing people with it. =/ There are plenty of things people can do with fire abilities including soldering, lighting up fireworks, cooking and disinfecting stuff, and yet people almost always talk about using their more destructive properties... Oh well. Similarly, if a person has X-ray vision to see through women's clothing, I'd get the same ability just by being around that person, but they would not be able to stop me from removing their X-ray ability from them to prevent them from seeing the ribbons and lace underneath my dress (my rib bones are kind of shy). =/

Anyways, the abilities I would like would be different from the "Void" superpowers that cause all of the other superpowers to stop working. Rather than causing all superpowers to stop working altogether, I'd prefer to gather up the superpowers (including "Void" superpowers) and potentially give them back... to different people as well. =P

I would love the idea of time control. To slow time,stop time,reverse time,fast forward time,etc. Let us say I was a super villain. I was fighting Iron Man. I could use my power to freeze him in place or create a time warp around him to deplete his suit or reverse time around him to make him disappear.

It would be the ability to move back and forward in time, so i can fix my past and prepare for my future.
Some people said that you dont need to fix your problems in the past, you just have to learn from it and just roll with it, but you know, it would be cool if you have that ability lol.

I started to say flight because I would so love to be able to fly. Besides that I'm afraid of heights, but if I could fly there would be no need to fear falling from high places.

However before I could actually say that I thought of Superman and realized what I truly wanted: Invulnerability. Literally to be unable to be hurt would be beyond amazing. This isn't the same as immortality since old age would eventually catch up to me, but there would never be a need to fear any danger, nor would I be able to feel pain or be damaged in the least if say, a mugger tried to stab or shoot me. No wound, no pain, no damage.

Yes, make me invulnerable, please. :3

Oldschool777 : lol! Well, it was either that or the ability to destroy the entire universe by shedding tears (wa- just kidding =P ) or the ability to Auto-Reject anything before it even happens. XD j/k That would be an ability similar to Orihime's but on a greater scale (more like Haruhi's if anything because you wouldn't be able to remember that anything even transpired).

It just happens that I would prefer the insane superpower of making up more powers, but to make it not so overpowered, I thought it would be nice to just absorb/discard the powers upon contact instead. The main difference between the former and the latter is that if no one in the world right now has any superpowers, then I wouldn't actually have any of those superpowers either because there would be no source for absorbing those superpowers... I think. lol Thus, the ability would be relatively useless unless someone else in the world has a superpower I can absorb... Also, the discard the superpowers part has to be in there as well in case someone has a self-destructive power. With absorb and discard, I'd be able to help them with removing/getting rid of those powers. Hopefully, all of this makes sense somehow.

Yuna1000 : So basically you wish to be like Rogue,touch and absorb a power. Just be careful who you touch. You might absorb my insanity,lol.

The superpower I mostly want is to be able to read people's mind. Think about it for a second. If you can read their mind, you can predict their next move. If you can read their mind, you can obviously hear what they're thinking. I'm a very curious guy, so it's the perfect power for me.

Telepathy and Telekinesis. I'd love to read someone's mind. However I don't want it to be a permanent power, but something I have control over. Like I don't want to get bombarded with thoughts if I'm just having a normal conversation with someone.

If it's a power that's constantly in effect, then Telekinesis. I'm pretty lazy so being able to do stuff while laying down would be amazing
