legacyme3 : of course not. He lied in order to come back. I know he lied because I've spoken to people he has spoken to about his latest ban that I gave him and the reason he claims and the real reason he got banned are not even remotely close. Unfortunately I'm no longer an admin so I don't have any sway in those kinds of decisions so trouble makes like him get yet ANOTHER chance to cause drama here.

I miss posting in this forum and I wish more people posted here. Maybe if there was something more to post about...

I'd post here, but this is a very niche forum, and it's pretty closed off, which doesn't lend itself to real discussion, nor is there any reason to post yet, besides games.

The problem is that while games are fun, they don't draw people like me to the forum, I like heartfelt discussion, and unique thoughts. Here, it's a lot of memetic posts, and in-jokes.

Having a direction would go a long way towards making the forum more interesting.

legacyme3 : well, the direction is that it is a private forum where we avoid annoying people.

That doesn't really help much but there isn't much else to say.

I think what I just said also applies to the general forum, however. It feels like so much of the forum is the "same". I look in "new posts" and this is what I see.

Of the 22 threads on that page, 7 are games or blatant jokes/spam, 3 are competitions, 2 are reviews, 6 are threads you can post in once a day for post count ++, 1 is an ask anything, and 1 is a help forum question.

In the end, you are left with like 2 threads that are at all compelling for reasons besides post count++ and I think that's alarming. I'm not saying I expect high quality discussion, but at this point it feels like circling the wagons. The same people answer the same way to the same questions, and little interaction and fun is really had.

I don't want to say it is a crisis or anything like that, because that'd be extreme. I do, however, believe that more than just "Geeo's Private Forum" needs direction. Think the entirety of the forum needs an overhaul honestly.

Well, I just wanted to talk about how school is going so far. A few of you probably know that I was online schooled for the last 2 and a half years, and I started public school again this semester about 3 weeks ago. I thought it would be terrible, to be honest, but it's actually gone much better than I thought. 

The first day was awful. It took me 3 hours to get my schedule so I had to wait in this boring room and I was starving. One of my classes got replaced with a gym-like class and I got basically ignored by everyone there as everyone left the court I walked on to. Towards the end of the day, I ended up getting lost for last period and I was 10 minutes late. It was so embarassing lmao. 

After that, things have been great. I have all A's so far (although that's not much of an achievement considering it's only been 3 weeks), I've made quite a few new friends, met up with some of my old ones, and earned the respect of baically everyone in gym class and now everyone wants me on their team lol.

This school honestly a lot less work and I usually don't have much homework to do. I hope things continue going well at school for me.

My Geometry teacher is stupid and I currently have an F in her class because she can't freaking teach. I hope she gets fired one day. Of course the grade will go up eventually but still she pisses me off lol.

Lexatom : Sorry to hear about that....that no good freaking teacher. You don't deserve that F in the first place seriously why do no good teachers get hired for no reason? They need to check her, and I hope too that she gets fired. >.>

Lexatom : Yea, it can really suck when you have a terrible teacher. If you haven't tried already, you should try googling and watching online videos that might do a much better job at teaching than your teacher. lol Khanacademy is a pretty useful site that might help.

I have had a terrible professor before but studying by googling pretty much saved my grade.

So I was going to eat breakfast this morning in my college dining hall, and then someone came to me with my college's semester magazine. They showed me a page that had a group picture of me and a few other students. I was surprised to see a picture of myself there. Though my smile was an epic fail but less awkward than usual at least which is the best part. It was a picture for my college's Honors program.  

There was also another very silly picture with me, several other students, and one professor. Basically the professor is standing in the middle holding a huge tray of cookies. All the students would hold an empty cup of tea and stand around the professor. Then, we would all try to reach for a cookie on the tray (without moving from our spots) and smile at the camera. I made such a derpy face along with many other students as I was trying to reach for the cookies lol.

I did manage to get some cookies so yay me. Not sure why we would make such a silly picture for an honors program. lol But it brightened my mood to see that on the college magazine.

Mohammedroxx3 : Yeah that I remember you telling me about.....I forgot to ask is that still happening for you? Oh you got in a group picture in your collage? I think that's pretty cool even though you may think its a little silly. Not everyone could have that kind of thing going on in their school.
