Hey there. So a while ago I made a thread about how to put a second image under the title for post, but I didn't understand how to do it. And I guess the organial thread I made about this fell into inactivity and eventually got closed. So I was wondering if anyone could please send or post a picture showing how they did it. I would Appreciate it.

You just put that in your custom title bar (which you can find when you click on edit profile and settings, it's the second text bar).

Of course you replace the URLGOESHERE part with the actual URL of the image.
