In the RGR search engine you can also narrow down your searches by specific systems by checking the boxes by the system's name. You can also click the system names to search by each system individually if you remember what system the game's on.

Another route would be to check your browser history to see if it's somewhere in there (if you actually visited any of the game's pages).

lilbutch07 : Unless you're using the browsing mode that doesn't create a History (InPrivate, Incognito, etc. I don't know the name of FireFox's version) the History should still show every page every tab visited. I don't know anything about FireFox so you're on your own in terms of navigating it, but it should still be there as long as you weren't using the "Non-History" version of the browser.

Of course, this is pointless if you never actually visited any of the game's pages (even through the video, screenshot, etc pages, you can still link to the game itself).

Like ZeroTails said, I even searched the RGR for every game that had the words "Pac" "Man" and "Beta" in it, and the title you provided was not in there. If the title is different, then it may be there, but there were only 5 or so Pac Man games that had "Beta" anywhere in the title at all, so it shouldn't be hard to find.
