For longer than we can possibly remember, film has impacted global popular culture for generations. It has shaped our viewpoints on things as well as entertained us for decades. Film is quite expansive and has spanned multiple genres and cultures. It continues to innovative while also breaking down many social and cultural barriers in the process.   It's scope and scale know no bounds, and just discussing them is actually quite interesting.  We've all had watched at least one film in our lives and can possibly describe what we loved about it so much. 


What's your favorite film? Favorite genre? Thanks for sharing.

Of all time my favorite film has to be Interstellar. I just loved it, the effects were really good in most cases, the acting was amazing, the music was fantastic, and for the most part it was a very sad movie, which is a good part as to why I loved it so much.

I don't care about genres, if its a good movie its good.

My favorite film is Lord of the Rings: Return of the King. Everything about this film is just plain beautiful. The music, the acting, the choreography, the editing, the casting, the directing, the script. It almost makes me perturbed that I hear some say it only got 11 Academy Awards because the other two were lacking in those. To me, that's crap. This film deserved all those awards it got.

Well favorite film,that is a tough question.

I do not have an absolute favorite,but if I see these on TV then my a$$ is watching.

The Rocky series,who does not love them? PS,it is okay to rip on Rocky 5.
Robocop,no,not that accursed remake,the original one. It is violent,bloody,and an all around good time.
Karate Kid,again,no that cursed remake,I mean parts 1 and 2. Part 3 is when the series started to go south.
The Porky's series,it is super funny and crude. Warning,younger viewers,do not watch.
Transformers,the 1986 movie. It has more heart than all of Bayformers.

I have missed some,but these are some of my favorites.
