Can't get the plugin to install properly

I can download it fine, but I can't figure out how to get it to install, I'm a technological retard. I use to not be, but then I caught the stupidity virus and now....so help. I wanna play some N64 games but I can't So I downloaded it from the link then when that wouldn't work I took it off my computer. So I opened a game and I clicked the blue lego piece and it said no plugin available.

did you actually get the plugin instealled or did you just download it?

when you download the .msi file you need to run it and let it install in the pre-selected location or it won't work.

Maybe even have the file download right to your desktop and you can double click it from there and get it to run.

I figured out the problem, I don't have windows so basically I can't use it. Is their any chance of development for other platforms that would come available? This is what happens when I don't bother to read something.

oh. You're on a mac or linux I'm assuming. Well, currently the plugin only works on Windows because it's the largest portion of the market.

The plugin will be ported to mac eventually. There is no set date for that right now because we're still trying to work the bugs out of the current plugin so that it works properly on windows for all games available.

After that I think David will look into how much work it will be to get Mac supported. I doubt linux will ever get support... because anyone using linux probably also can use windows and/or emulate.

yeah I have bootcamp but my dad never sent me a copy of windows which he said he would, since he gets it for a lot less then the average person.
