Hey there Vizzed, ive been on here a while now, and have begun to think about making flash, just one problem though... How the heck do you make flash??? I understand that you need to download/ buy a flash editing or creating program, but which of those are-
1. Cheap
2. Easy to use
And 3. Good quality
Any help would be greatly appriciated!
