What we need is an item that whenever it is held by a Pokemon, that Pokemon won't learn new moves. I help when I'm either grinding a Pokemons level or even just have a Pokemon in my party that's leveling up on its own thanks to the EXP share and randomly wants to learn a move. There's times where I just want to get back to playing a game instead of button mashing B and A, so i think having an item like this could be cool. What do you think?

I think it's a dumb idea. Pokemon generally only learn a move every 4-6 levels so once you get out of the sand attack / sweet scent range it really isn't that bad. And not learning a move only takes up like 3 seconds so it's not a big deal.
