I was wondering if it is possiblt to full screen the games in the rgr. The screen it gives you is a bot too small for me, and changing the windows size doesnt change the screen area. Any help please?

It depends on the emulator you're using. Mednafen allows you to go full screen by holding Alt and pressing Enter. Some emulators like VBA (Virtual Boy Advance) just don't support the feature. A lot of emulators have help menu's if you look around the game screen in the page.
