Simple.

STEP 1: Download ROM, Patch, and Lunar IPS. If the ROM is in a .zip file, then have a program like Winrar or somesuch to extract them (For DS games, this is a necesity)

OPTIONAL: Move ROM and Patch into easily accessable folder.

STEP 2: Open Lunar IPS.

STEP 3: Click the button that says "Patch Game" (It might not say that exactly, but bear with me.)

STEP 4: Click the patch you want, then the ROM you want.

You are done! Unless the patch is a ups patch, then you get a UPS patcher to do it instead of Lunar IPS.

Sorry, but WRONG!
You only need WinRar or 7zip or something similar for RAR files. VBA plays zipped folders, trust me, I have probably twenty-some ROMs on my computer.

I listed out my dragons in order of Bottom (Egg) to Middle (Hatchling) to Top (Dragon). It is VERY IMPORTANT you click the eggs and hatchlings!
