In this competition you must create the best video game themed structure on the Vizzed Minecraft Server. The structure can be of anything as long as it's video game related in some way. You can present your submission in the form of a video or screenshots. If you do a video then you must upload it to the Vizzed YouTube Account. If you do screenshots then you must upload them to Vizzed and then post them to this thread.

The structure must be created in the new Creative world. You'll have flight and unlimited blocks when you're in the creative world so there are almost no limitations on what you can create! More info here:

You can also rent an admin in order to have access to World Edit features which will allow you to have basic structures created in a matter of minutes and also have stuff copy/pasted, moved, etc. More info here:

Staff will vote on the submissions after the competition is done. They'll vote based on structure uniqueness, difficulty, and the presentation of the video or screenshots.



Instructions for taking a video and submitting it to the Vizzed YouTube Channel:
You can use Camtasia (probably the best and has a free trial available), Camstudio (free), Xsplit or any other program to record with. You may also edit the video however you want (example, adding music, subtitles, etc), just make sure it is less than 5 minutes long.

Once you've recorded the video, you'll want to upload it to the Vizzed YouTube page and add it to the game's page in the Video Game Room. You can do this by going to the game's page (link found below) and then scroll half way down the page to the 'Minecraft User Submitted videos' section and click the 'Click to Upload your Video to Vizzed Youtube' link. Once the video has been uploaded, be sure to place a link to it to this thread, otherwise your submission will not count.



Rules:
-Up to 5 submissions per a user (this also includes structures you've teamed up on)
-Minecraft Staff may compete and I will be competing
-Please separate your submissions with 1 submission per a post
-You may work with others on a submission (you'll then split the earnings)
-No command blocks
-You may use some of your old structures with your new structure as long as your old structures make up less than 33% of your new submission
-The structure must be built in the Creative World
-When showing off your submission, you cannot use any resource packs unless you created the resource pack (and if you do create your own, be sure to place a link to download it with your post)



Prizes:
1st = 200,000 Viz or $50 or Your Own World *
2nd = 100,000 Viz or $25 (or Your Own World if winner declined it)
3rd = 50,000 Viz or $10 (or Your Own World if 1st & 2nd declined it)
4th = 25,000 Viz
5th = 10,000 Viz

*You'll be given your very own world on the Vizzed Minecraft Server. We'll set the difficulty to whatever you want it to be and we'll also create a massive claim and give it to you so that you own a huge portion of the world (if you choose). You can set the name to be whatever you want and we and we'll make the portal to it from wherever you want. The world can be generated in any way you want (from a seed, schematic import, world import, etc). We'll also give you 2 free admin hours which means admins will invest up to 2 hours helping you do whatever special things you want done with this world.

I've got a great idea of what I will be doing this time, and this time I will be able to finish in time (I'll have plenty of time)

Ill make sure we get at least 10 submissions. And I could really use my own world  

I may not like building or creative but the thought of my own world will make me bust out everything I can think of plus theres a lot of time so I plan on using it very well

I'm getting a new craft account in the next month or so, so I was wondering if there was any way to change what Minecraft account is being used by a Vizzed account.

miystery : You can use your current account to transfer ownership of all your lots to your new account. You can also transfer your MViz to your new account.

I'm excited to work on this in my free time. Don't have any great ideas at the moment but I have enough time to think about what I'm going to do.

And I am currently working on sometime so yes, I have someone started.

Barathemos : You're right, I had been planning to make a contest at around this time last month but then changed my mind. Of course I ended up changing my mind again and making it anyway lol. I guess I was thinking that i had launched this competition at the time I was originally considering it.

Glad we have another competition! I was worried that the previous one was the last one... I'll be sure to make at least something before this ends. I've been getting a lot of Minecraft practice lately playing with my friends, so I should be able to make something awesome!

I've finally found a design idea that I want to incorporate into the creative server to build, so I've started.

I plan to have a couple of builds ready by June 20th, hopefully.

Welcome to Freddy Fazbear's Pizza! In Minecraft!
...Yeah, this came out awful, but I figured I'd share it anyway since nobody else has submitted anything yet (though, I don't deserve a prize for this if it turns out to be one of the few entries in the end)...
As I mentioned in the video description, I was going to make it a bit more FNaF-y, with sound effects and stuff, but the recording I did was, again, super laggy and awful (gotta get a better computer someday for recording stuff...), so I just went back, took some screenshots, and edited them together, added some Kevin Macleod music, and threw Golden Freddy in there.
I will try to get something else done before the end of the competition, but I can't guarantee it with my busy schedule...
I do hope that we get more entries before all is said and done, and if/when we do, I wish good luck to everyone else.

This looks interesting, I will get on the server sometime soon and work on the project. I may have just an idea for it...

Does it have to be a structure or can I make it a scene, like Ryu's stage with evil ryu vs akuma?

Wow, I can't believe there's only been one other entry so far after my first entry...

As you can see, it's a Pokémon Center. Not a completely accurate build (mainly off colored walls, but couldn't find anything that looked good ), but I'm proud with how it turned out, from the automatic doors, to the note blocks that play the healing sound effect.

I hate to break it to everyone, but my planned submission will never be able to be submitted due to recent events, that and a certain major project I had planned for the server also cannot be made due to recent events.
