Personally I prefer either a picture with space for the writing to go over, the picture to be to one side of the text box, or a transparent box over the picture.
I don't really like text over pictures directly.

Thats a bit mean and I can try to change it i'm still new at it,but i'm learning

Well I can give some hints. For example you absolutely do not want white on that last background you have there, black would be better.

Quick and easy font color change:
