Came back to Vizzed to find out Nintendo and Vizzed are having issues. Could somebody give me the rundown?

So I came back to Vizzed after a little while of being away (Old PC broke and I had to get a new one.), and when I get back I decide I want to play some Legend Of Zelda: A Link to the Past.

All of the Legend of Zelda games were gone. Confused, I decided to try and find some other Nintendo games, and could only find Rom Hacks. Then I looked around the forums and eventually heard of some legal issues with Nintendo.

If somebody could give me the rundown about the issues, that would be great.

So long story short, Nintendo is making a product where you buy games for your Iphone, plug in a phone extension and can play emulated games. So they were like, "Yo, let's go make sure we can actually sell anything" and so sites like Vizzed are letting you play free. This is actually pirating, forget what anyone else tells you regarding it because quite frankly it's a simple fact. 

Nintendo were like "Yo, stop trying to make money from our game or we are suing you." So David took them down. Simple as that. Peace.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.
