If I am not mistaken you have to 'purchase' with Viz the PlayStation item from the item shop.

Click Site Store
The item you need is second from the bottom and costs 50,000 Viz.

That's honestly too extreme!

Yeah it's a ridiculous amount for newbies. Some people were kind enough to donate 50k to me so I can buy the PS item.

gokol : The PS1 item costs 50,000 Viz because it's an exclusive item. The reason it's not open to the general public is a few reasons.

1. The storage and ESPECIALLY the bandwidth costs, are high. This item helps reduce that and make sure this site is free to EVERYONE since the server and storage costs already are near 2,000 a month.

2. TO keep it under wraps. With the recent legal issues with Nintendo, I'm sure you can understand.

Really it's EASY to earn Viz

1. Donate to the site. Boom, you get to play PS1 games (and THOUSANDS of OTHER games) with tons of features. Also, this helps funds new development of systems, and other features for the RGR.

2. Be active on the site. You can earn Viz so easily just by doing all the things you already want to do.

For example:

Posting in the forums
Liking Posts
Rating Games
Taking Screenshots and Submitting them to the site
Rating other peoples Reviews, Screenshots, Videos, etc
Rating Game Music - David has recently added THOUSANDS of Game music files and a new music player to the RGR. You earn Viz by rating your favorite songs!

The following make a TON of Viz:
Taking Game Footage with the Plugin and Submitting it to the Vizzed YT page
Writing Reviews - The more in-depth they are, the more Viz you earn
Writing Game Walkthroughs - Same as above

Really, it amounts to active members get the added bonus of playing PS1 games.

Also, some users are able to make a TON of Viz trading real-life items that they don't need for Viz in the Vizzed Market Forum. Usually this amounts to extra game keys for STEAM games, or unwanted gift cards, but you can pretty much trade anything for Viz these days.
