Okay, so basically, I've made some of a game. Name is yet to be decided. In the game, you have to guess what key on the keyboard is the correct key (excluding Tab, Windows Key, etc.). It will have a shop where you can buy various items such as Skip a Level! which allows you to (hence the name) skip a level. There will also be a casino where you can bet money for a chance to gain more money. You lose 5 HP every time you guess a key incorrectly. You gain $10 and 5 HP if you guess correctly. Would you pay $1 for this game? Any suggestions?

Work on the idea more. You have to elaborate on your idea and what it is about. It sounds a bit like roulette to be honest.

Of course I would pay!!!
Besides, who would want to miss the opportunity to pay $1 to play a game that rewards him $10 for every correct answer, I would become a billionaire this way!

*Sarcasm aside*

Well, it depends on many factors when people consider if the game is worth their money (people are especially picky when it comes to games nowadays, since they can just stop playing your game and switch to another easily).

But one of the easier suggestions is.......are you as a developer.....enjoy playing this game? And for how long? Is there anything element you could add to keep people playing?
Another example is to make your game unique, something that separates it from all the other game (or all the guessing games).

Also......if you're going to make the game grindy, avoiding making it ridiculously long......or even better......don't make it so that you force the player to grind for money every once in a while (people have lives you know).

I'm pretty sure a guessing game can be a fun game, but for keys on a keyboard? I'm not sure how that would work, tbh. I mean, if you made the hints very obscure, then yea but still. As Oldschool said, may you elaborate? As for paying one dollar, I might if the game was fun and I could play it for more than an hour and not get bored with it.

Maybe you could have people play a demo of the game and give feedback that way? That seems like people would be able to give more worthwhile feedback on it, and see for themselves if they'd pay a dollar for the full game.
