Whenever I try to play Chrono Trigger, My games controls mess up, and acts Like I am using a game pad, I am currently using a non- keyboard and mouse slot keyboard and mouse, because those slots on my computer are broken. When I start the game up and go to skip the intro scene the game goes into A state like I am playing with a game pad and I can not fix it, My controls are no longer default and are mostly un-usable.

I am trying to use mednafen, and no I haven't tried to bother the controls it just does it as it starts up. Mednafen is the only one I have actually used on the site that will load up on my desk and laptop and I can't seem to get the controls to work at all.

When this happens, have you double-clicked on the game screen to re-configure the controls (there will be a black bar at the bottom of the screen)?
