I feel like it wouldn't be hard to deal with those guys... They've seen Vizzed change over the years, and know that happiness of the users causes more activity, which is better for the site overall. They can be quite reasonable men.

A trusted member and a regular member are having a conflict.
Scenario 1: The member claims to have been cheated by the trusted member out of his/her _______ (e.g. steam code, gift code ,etc.) There isn't any substantial evidence pointing to whether the regular member is lying, or was actually scammed.
Scenario 2: This time the trusted member was cheated of his/her _______ (e.g. steam code, gift code, etc.)
