I bought two steaks and some cookies. Normally I buy our steak at the butcher's, but they were on break this week so I had to go to a supermarket to get some. The quality was unfortunately lower as a result. It was also raining when I went out on my bike to buy steaks, so I rewarded myself with some lovely cookies that I then destroyed

I bought a couple of boxes of Celestia Sleepytime Extra after work because I realized I wasn't going to have time to go to my local Bulk Barn this week

Last thing I bought in person recently is some groceries for tomorrow’s dinner. Some pasta, olive oil, salt and pepper, and a glass bottle of water. Not gonna lie, I thought it was sparking water until I drank it and noticed how flat… I was bummed

I bought a measuring cup! My mom needed one and we didn't have an extra, so today after finishing my hours at the school I hopped into a store to get one. I wish it was more entertaining of a story or item than that but alas

Very boring answer. Groceries. If we ignore the last thing and go to most interesting recent thing.

I bought the Monolith set from Expedition 33. I still need to put out on display somewhere.

Today was the Spring Book market benefitting the Children's Hospital and I managed to find something that I didn't really want to buy but I bought anyway because I collect National Geographic Worlds from the 90s (specifically ones that had the Carmen Sandiego Comics because they were involved with the game show at the time and I guess this was a cross promotion. A few years ago I decided to put all the Comics I had online if you want to see them you can either find them on the ACME Boards message board or on Imgur, my membername is iHeart89 but you can see it better on the ACME Boards)

actually they may have ended up on Google Images as well if you Google National Geographic World Carmen Sandiego comics

The last thing I bought in person was some adhesive from AutoZone to attach my mom's rear view mirror back to the windshield. Unfortunately, she has a mirror that attaches using a suction cup and I don't think the adhesive is intended for this mind of mirror. Her mirror fell off a few days ago and I thought I could buy something to temporarily fix the problem in a pinch so it can at least pass the inspection coming up.

Fortunately I found a shop nearby that specializes in repairing windshields and replacing mirrors, so I think I'll just set up an appointment and leave it to them to handle. I'd rather have it done properly so I can have peace of mind that it won't fall off again.

Since I didn't use it, I'll probably just return the adhesive to AutoZone so I can get my $9 back. I see no reason to hang on to it now, lol.

I just came back from outlet collections (most of the stuff on the Waverly end or as I prefer to call it the IKEA end of town have only one location) I went to a place that locally made stuff, I bought a sticker that looks like the YTV tv logo, some cocktail fizzer bombs, and a vial of bath salts, oh and some straw toppers good to go with my Sailor Moon cups that have straws. I also went to a Lindt shop and got some chocolates (Cheesecake flavored and Pistachio not the Dubai kind though it's a Pistachio cream) and I got my mother some chocolates as well they somehow developed a Carrot Cake Creme? (they can come up with anything can't they?)

I also bought a phone case for my mom she's really needed one.

Last thing I bought in person today was some gas station essentials. Some Fuji water bottles and no man’s land beef jerky so I can get work done with little to no breaks and enjoy my shift. It ended up being $32 just because $21 came from the jerky, all before tax of course
