This is for NES, by the way. I can press enter, and I use the buttons they tell me to press (arrow keys, SDF, enter) but the only button that works is the Start button. I restarted Internet Explorer, but it still doesn't work. Any ideas?

well, I tried testing a couple games and they all worked just fine for me.

I would suggest trying a different game, or possibly a different browser. Firefox works really well for me so I would suggest that.

Beyond that I'm not sure what else to suggest. Maybe double click to get the menu and make sure that the buttons are still assigned to what it says they are assigned to and maybe try picking different keys and seeing if that works any better.

I recall something similar happening when I played some NES games. Try clicking in the game window itself.
Not on the game window or down the bottom, but click on the actual game screen itself.
It's odd, but that worked when I had that issue.
