jlove92 : That is awesome!! I'm working on reducing my caffeine but it's definitely tough... I used to drink a lot of energy drinks, so it's been a struggle for me for about the past 7 years or so lol. When I was younger I was never a coffee person until I had to start working early morning shifts for work.

and yes! Have you played other paper mario versions as well?

plasticinsanity :

Just yesterday I went all day without caffeine and by 1pm I had quite a migraine. I noticed that I am used to having it before noon.

jlove92 : Caffeine is definitely a tricky one. I've found that slowly cutting back really helps.

I pretty much always stay up until like 2AM on the weekends and on breaks I stay up all the time. I am sort of addicted to staying up late since I'm able to do whatever as long as I'm quiet.

18mlivingston : I tried that a lot when younger. I don't know for gaming purposes there seems to be more activity online for Xbox at  night for some of the games I play. I try to stay up late now and I can't even make it pass 12am lol ;0 I guess work overload took effect on me

When I was in high school I would stay out with friends getting high til like 2 or 3 every morning, then get up at 6 for school. It didn't bother me much then, but I couldn't do that anymore. It's easier for me to just pull an all-nighter at this point than getting that little bit of sleep. Either way my Vizzed and gaming habits are extremely unhealthy right now. I go to sleep from 5 to 10 am every day and sleep til the late afternoon or dinner time. If I could find a job, my schedule would revolve around that, but still no luck there. Being a recovering addict from drugs, it's hard to manage more "normal" addictions such as gaming / being online, but somehow I manage when it really matters.

Eirinn : It's a little creepy how similar our experiences are, other than the religious part, the going cold turkey, and getting mad at the ad, I did all of that too. There were times I would go the whole day without food... Or sleep...

Yeah, it got pretty bad. I'm still socially awkward, I don't like interacting with strangers, but I still go out of my way to help them if I can. I'm getting better. I still play games for hours, but obviously not all day, I have responsibilities now.

I do have friends I interact with regularly, someone I'm seeing, but I have recently got obsessed with playing DDO (Dungeon & Dragons Online). I played that for about 15 hours the other day... And I realize I shouldn't be doing that. So, the first part in solving a problem, is admitting you have a problem. Which I did. Which I do. XD

Yeah, but I'm still working on me, as I think everyone does. I don't blame video games for making me this way, I chose to play them as much as I did, and as much as I still do sometimes, but I have gotten much better. So, progress! Yay!
