I personally prefer the Special Beam Canon. It can pierce things unlike the KamehameLAME!

Although Krillen's Destructo-Discs are a very close second. Those look hilarious, and fun. I wish they were used more.

My favorite is dragon fist. You can see it here
Basically looks like it summons a golden shenron and pierces through the enemy and pretty much destroys them if they don't survive. Sadly it hasn't been used very much.

My favorite move in Dragon ball is Kaio-ken because whenever that move is used somebody's energy level is going to skyrocket more than 9000! The Spirit bomb is a nice move as well too bad it takes four to five episodes just to successfully charge it to the point it is very deadly.

Vegeta's Final Explosion against Majin Buu when he sacrifices himself for Bulma and Trunks, and really everyone, and for the first time, he doesn't do it for himself.  Regardless, he pretty much over charges himself in a massive explosion that ends his own life...to bad it was in vain.  Also as a side note...probably the worst move in any of the games because if you don't kill the opponent, you are screwed and die
