4. Press "Input"
5. From there, you should be able to configure controls by clicking the set keys option and then following the onscreen commands etc.

CrimsonBatlord : If you use the Mednafen emulator option, all you have to do is double-click the game window and follow the commands at the bottom of the screen.

If you are using ZSNES, you can follow Yoshis instructions.
