How much expertise do you need? While I don't know the syntax of BASIC, I know some of the fundamentals of a couple of other languages and can probably learn the syntax pretty quickly if no one else already knows it. If it's anything fairly complex, though, I can't quite help there, I'm afraid.

Have you tried FreeBasic? That sounds like what you're looking for, but why write code in Basic? Why not C or hell even COBOL would be more useful.
