Just started to clear out the Xmas stuff. But usually it is up for a few weeks after Xmas and then it slowly gets put back for a another year. Gotta love those solar powered Xmas lights,they do the trick without plugging it in. Wonder how many people are cursing their Star Shower right now?

We didn't do anything big this year.  No tree, no wrapped presents, no stockings, none of that.  We did celebrate Christmas, but in our own way.  It was a good Christmas.

Usually the Christmas decorations are taken down by the second week of January. This year though, the decorations didn't even get put up until, I think it was December 22nd, so we'll probably leave them up a little longer to enjoy them.

I just took down mine today. I got home from work and decided that I needed to take my Christmas decorations down before I get to caught up in my work to actually have time to take it down. I've made that mistake in the past and left my decorations up probably till the middle of March because I was so busy with work that I had no time to barely do anything else.

Taking everything down took a while, but I'm glad I got it done when I did. I'm kind of sad that my apartment now looks dull and dark without all my colorful Christmas lights up.
