I've tried EVERYTHING.
All I get is "your picture is in the wrong format!".
Let's say I'm putting in 16-bit Locke as my avatar, I save him as .PNG file, and as you know, 16-bit Locke is smaller than 1 kb, but guess what it says???

"YOUR PICTURE IS IN THE WRONG FCUKING (purpose) FORMAT"

first off.... chill out.

Swearing is not going to help you at all.

Now, go to the folder that your picture is in, right click on it and pick rename.

Go to the .png part and make it lower case instead of upper case and that should fix your problem

AHH! is that what my problem was?! that blows man. It wouldnt let me put an avi up, i kept getting that same error. I finally made a thread in the art section (I was a noob ok, usually there is a GFX section on the forums I go to, so that's why I thought I should post it there ), and crono fixed my problem for me ^^
