At the moment, the post count on the sidebar says your posts up until that post.
This is a bit irritating, as it says on your first post: Posts: 1, which tends to mean 'this user has made one post', not 'this is their first post'.
I don't think this would be too hard but couldn't it be changed to Posts: 382/475 or whatever, like it does on other sites, or just not specify what post out of their total it is?
All you really need to do is to add 'SELECT posts FROM users where id={0}' or something like that to the code...
