This is the boss weakness order of Mega Man 8, including the Wily Stage bosses. This is my preferred order:
Yadokargo (Intro Boss) = Mega Ball (Weapon you get midway through the stage)
Tengu Man = Mega Buster (Takes 2 points of damage instead of 1 with regular shots, 3 instead of 1 with semi-charged shots, and 4 instead of                          2 with fully charged shots)
Clown Man = Tornado Hold (Tengu Man's Weapon)
Grenade Man = Thunder Claw (Clown Man's Weapon)
Frost Man = Flash Bomb (Grenade Man's Weapon)
Astro Man = Flash Bomb (You don't have his real weakness, so use the 2nd best weapon)
Aqua Man = Astro Crush (Astro Man's Weapon)
Sword Man = Water Balloon (Aqua Man's Weapon)
Search Man = Flame Sword (Sword Man's Weapon)
Onto the Wily Stages!
Wily 1 Atetemino = Mega Ball
Wily 2 Bliking = Astro Crush
Wily 3:
Bass & Treble = Mega Buster (Everything else only does 1 damage)
Green Devil = Thunder Claw
Wily 4:
Wily Machine 8 = Astro Crush, Flame Sword, and Water Balloon
Wily Capsule = Flame Sword, Flash Bomb

For the 2 additional bosses the Sega Saturn version of Mega Man 8 had to offer, here are there weaknesses:
Cut Man = Astro Crush
Wood Man = Flame Sword
