I have to go with Jynx. Even though Swnub can learn many useful moves like Blizzard and Earthquake, Jynx has higher stats. She has a way higher Special Attack and Special Defense., which will hurt Swinub's chance of winning.

But if Swinub evolves into a Piloswine during the match, Piloswine would have a higher HP and Attack Rate, and if he evolves into a Mamoswine, then I think Mamoswine would have a higher chance of winning.

But anyways, I say that Jynx would win against Swinub.

Anyway, I think Swinub is better then Jynx for a few reasons.
It's cuter (this is a valid reason), it is a stage one evo so it can evolve more and get stronger base stats (while Jynx is final form, and ends up having weaker base stats then Mamoswine), Swinub learns better/stronger moves (unless you have a Jynx from a Smoochum that was past level 35 it doesnt even have Psychic from leveling), and I'd rather just have a pure Psychic type then a mixed type as it has less weaknesses then a Psychic/Ice hybrid.
