I liked basically any Fire Emblem game, and then there's the final fantasy tactics remake for the psp which story wise was horrible, whats with the shakespearian speech?, but the gameplay was still as addictive as the original.

GB Pocket: Pokemon Red
GB Color: Pokemon Crystal
GBA/SP : Golden Sun, GS2: The Lost Age
DS: Pokemon Diamond/Heart Gold, Animal Crossing.


Overall: Golden Sun series would have to be my absolute favorite if I had to only choose one game among that list.

Recruiting soldiers is amazingly deep, and you can literally spend hours on end building your forces and taking on sub-missions. So I say, it is an awesome game.

Glad we got some old schoolers in here, that is hands down my fav too!!! Also first handheld game I ever beat.
