You are probably going to have to put an Android installer on a microsd and try to boot it up.
Typically, you can boot into recovery and load the sdcard from there.

Can you give me the model number of the tablet? I may be able to find a stock Rom for that tablet. Was the tablet rooted and/or the bootloader unlocked? That would make it easier to restore the OS.
