Does it redirect you to the home page for every game you try to refund or just specific ones? I've seen in my day rare instances of this for random pages so it could just be a glitch for that link.

Alright I figured it out I have to press the sell button right? Thanks. The problem I had was I was pressing refund and not sell. Also, the fact that after selling 3 games the refund still says 0 confused me. I guess I'm good now
