I can't get Langrisser II (English translation) to download. I just says "Starting Rom download" at the bottom of the window but then doesn't go anywhere. Other Sega Genesis games seem to download fine on my computer. I also tried each Sega emulator but none of them work. Is anyone else having this problem?
