I just made a Walkthrough and the post layout messed up bad

Ok to start off as I finish up my walkthrough the first time the page crashes and says I lost connection with the server on vizzed.com, then I have to retype my entire walkthrough and then once I post it the whole layout of the post messes up and, to bottom line it after I try to edit it to make it have way legible it does this (caution it's an eye sore), I just want to know if there's a solution to this problem or anyway I can fix it -https://www.vizzed.com/boards/thread.php?id=91188
