On 27/11/2015 the District Court of Stockholm, Sweden, ruled that Bredbandsbolaget’s operations do not amount to copyright infringement, and therefore is not able to be criminally prosecuted. This was found to be true as Bredbandsbolaget is simply an ISP and is not responsible for the data shared through its service. Furthermore, the District Court of Stockholm also ruled that it cannot force Bredbandsbolaget to block their customers from accessing TPB through their service. While TPB itself may be questionable legal to peruse given that it is a database of magnet links and dangerous ads, access to the website will remain open for those using a Swedish proxy.
This is a groundbreaking ruling for those who want to watch programmes before they are official released in their region and Internet pirates alike; the first of its kind in the EU, to be precise.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.

We prioritize the community over the site profits.  This is why we avoid using annoying (but high paying) ads like most other sites which include popups, obnoxious sounds and animations, malware, and other forms of intrusiveness.  We'll do our part to never resort to these types of ads, please do your part by helping support this site by adding Vizzed.com to your ad blocking whitelist.
