To become a normal member and make basic layouts you must have been registered on the site for at least 8 days and you must also make 10 posts in the forums.

If you want to make advanced layouts, then you'd need 5 TP and become a trusted member.

Delgis : Clearly you have been registered for long enough to satisfy the Normal Member criteria. All you need to do is write 7 more posts and then you will become Normal the midnight after you have finished those posts
