If there is, it wouldn't be for many years because those are DS games and the site doesn't have DS games for many reasons such as the price to host them and legal reasons. (If you haven't noticed, many sites that let people play DS games have been forced to close down by Nintendo)

Also, even if you could play DS games, Pokemon games that came out before HG/SS would go up first such as Diamond and Pearl, so right now there's virtually a 0% chance of that happening and even if in the future it became possible, it still wouldn't be for a long time.
