goatfish: If you are asking of the size in proportion, then unfortunately you cannot change that; however, if you mean Zoom levels, then you can do so in the following browser by doing said steps:

Google Chrome and Firefox : 
  1. Press the (Customize and Control Google Chrome)/(Firefox Menu) button in the upper right corner, the icon should look like this: 
  2. After that, adjust the zoom level by clicking the minus (-) or plus (+) buttons, minus making the screen smaller, plus being bigger.
  3. (Chrome Note: Click the Magnifying Glass on the far right of the URL bar and then Reset to Default to return the zoom level to the original 100% scale.)
  4. (Firefox Note: Click the current zoom level to reset the scale to 100%. Example: If the present level is 200%, click on 200% to reset the level to 100%.)

I have not yet used Internet Explorer or Safari, so I apologize for not being able to supply the zoom instructions for them.

goatfish : If you are looking to make the games fullscreen, then you are able to do so fairly easily using the Mednafen emulator. To go full screen just hold Alt+Enter on your keyboard with the game window active.

To go back to windowed mode, just hold Alt+enter again.
