Hi, I am looking for a Pokémon hack (preferably fire red hack) that has random encounters.
By which i mean, i COULD run into a mew/mewtwo lv.5 in Route 1 or a Lugia lv 25 in safari zone.
i know there are alot of hacks for Pokémon fire red, but i don't know which ones have this and which ones don't and i really can't be asked to search through the 50+ hacks, reading all the descriptions, reviews, etc.
please let me know the name of the Pokémon FireRed hacks that have this function. (also SPACEBAR = speed up)

As others said, try the Randomizer. It has a ton of features that can make your playthroughs stupidly unique. You can randomize colors, types, moves, learnsets, starters, items, TM moves, trainer Pokemon etc..
