They've gone over CPR and how to slow bleeding each school year in my P.E class since it's required to know in order to pass each year starting around the time you enter high school. So I feel like I have pretty decent understanding already. It's a good thing to learn about for those who are part of a school system where it isn't mandatory though. It's a skill that you never know when you'll find useful whether in terms of helping a stranger or your loved ones.
