I have the same problem the rgr plugin says always  Failed to download ROM file. It doesn't matter how often I try to reopen the window always the same error I even cleaned my cache and cookies

Do you guys have the latest plugin downloaded? Which browser are you using? And how fast is your Internet connection? CD systems have larger files - Shining Force CD is 68 Mb - and can take a while to download even with the accelerator.

I have the latest rgr plugin 2.40 and I'm using firefox but even chrome gives the same error message. The problem is that The rgr plugin doesn't download anything it gets an error before it starts to download it always assumes that i already downloaded the file but that is not the case. And even games that I have downloaded give the same error message.  I#m from Germany and speed test says I have 12 Mbit/s Internet connection.

the game/film Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon of the system CD-i Emulation doesn't work either.
the game metal slug 3 from Arcade Emulation also doesn't work . It has a size of 80Mb

but the game Dragon Ball Z - Idainaru Son Goku Densetsu from the system Turbo Grafx CD works fine even if its a 200mb file
other games on the Turbo Grafx CD works fine too. have even 500MB files
Nintendo and gameboy games are working fine.

so I don't know if its really because of the file size
