Who here is also into getting fit?

Just curious, because I have been going at it alone, and having to be my own motivation, and in doing so, have discovered the amazing world of mobile apps that aids in fitness, without a gym. I don't do gyms at all. Makes me self conscious.

I am a 22 year old female, and stand at 5"7, and my goal weight is 120 pounds.
I started 2 years ago, at 195 pounds, as a light jogger, that lasted 1 summer, then turned to indoor excersizes, starting with 50 sit ups every day, then progressed to a good 15-30 minute LIIT (low intensity interval training) plus 5 minute warm up stretches every day. Now I am down to 135 pounds!

So, what's your guy's methods, goal weight, and your progress?

Wow, that is quite an impressive progression! I have never heard of low-intensity training; only HIGH intensity one. How effective would you say it is for fat burning and becoming fit?

Also, even though you are a woman - meaning that you can not grow Arnold-like muscles - to not neglect weight lifting (you can find dumbbells in most department stores). More muscle mass burns more calories, accelerating weight loss. THIS is what will help you reduce the size of your mid-section - sit ups firm up your abs, but you need to do like 7000 to burn a kilo of fat.

On my side, I just wish I had a six-pack at last! It is hard to keep track of my % fat since those impedance machines have a high margin of error - I went from 16.6 percent to 12.9 in two weeks. My weight is relatively stable, and I do seem to gain some muscle as my tops get tighter.
