Still,it promoted change and regulation. If not for that book,we would still be eating parts of some poor worker that fell into the vat. Maybe not voluntarily,but maybe in the interest of saving money. I do not know if they have changed,but if I had a Trader Joe's near me,I would not shop there if I did not have to.

You have to remember in the days before that book,there was no regulation,there was no safety.
