No video recording on Sega CD?

In order to keep my guides going, I wanted to play Shining Force CD. I normally play the game and record myself doing it, post the videos and then write my guide.

However, I do not see that option available when playing the Gens emulator for the Sega CD. And the other emulator (MESSS) is not even working.

Is it a Chrome problem?

It would appear that neither emulator supports recording of SCD.
Your best bet would be to use an external recording program, such as FFSplit or Open Broadcasting Software (Commonly known as OBS and is my preferred program).

Yeah for whatever reason neither of the emulators support recording right now for Sega CD. I would recommend using OBS, it's easy to set up and use. Then you can just compress the video from there and upload. I use OBS all the time and never have issues with it.
