I prefer firefox.... but not for any good reason. I've tried out a lot of browers and I just seem to stick with firefox. I just like it.

I dislike IE.... it just never works very well for me.

And the rest I just have never liked enough to switch everything over from firefox

As for the poll, vote goes for firefox, but it's very close between it and opera and chrome.

Firefox, but like geeo said, not for any particular reason other than I hate IE. Chrome's pretty good, too, that's my second pick. Other than that, I don't really use any other browsers.

Well as a web developer I gotta say FireFox is the best browser around. IE on the other hand is probably the worst because its only made for Microsoft and causes serious issues for web designers because it will create glitches and appear different on IE then on Firefox.

The rest are ok but firefox I think renders pages the best, maybe not the fastest but it does know how to display pages right between OS's unlike IE

Opera seems similar to Firefox but still not a very good browser in my opinion. I've noticed problems with rendering pages in that.

Safari use to be good but there latest upgrade I hate it, will have to test it on a better computer.

Chrome, never tried it but they seem to focus on speed more then anything.

Netscape, haven't used this since I was in 5th grade lol.

It is the only one I currently know of that has the code exposed

I like Firefox and Internet Explorer the best, I like all the cool features of Firefox, but I can only go on Vizzed Board with Internet Explorer...

I like Opera and Chrome.

Opera: Because i'm using it on my DSi now.

Chrome: Have you SEEN how fast it goes? I'm a speed fanatic too, so thats why I like Chrome as well as Opera.

Changed SeaMonkey to "Other" (common, it's bascially the same thing as FF, no point).

Firefox , and don't ask why , I just like it (but as soon as the Sonic theme comes out for chrome my vote will change to that ) .

things could have changed since then, and people's preferences could have changed also. i know mine did ^^

My vote is for Google Chrome, it works fast and I like the layout.

As soon as I picked up Firefox, I simply could NOT use any other browser without frustration.

I don`t know why so many people like Firefox. When I tried using it, I couldn`t play any of the games in the Retro game room. IE works fine.

Why do people have trouble with the RGR on firefox
It works fine for me.
And I always use firefox, only because that's what I'm used to never really tried the others. Except IE a long time ago.
And Safari sometimes, just because it's on macs (which I have)

Chrome is faster, simpler, and, lacking annoying toolbars, has more space to view the page with.

I love Google Chrome. It's fast, faster than Firefox, it's safe, safer than Firefox, it has add-ons (such as my favorite, AdThwart), and it goes for a simplistic style, which I love. Everything is so neat and compact, giving me more screen to view my pages, which is good, because I have a 15" laptop screen.
