So, I was toying around in MESS, mainly with graphics setting, to see what I could change about it.
Unfortunately, I have pretty much destroyed the display, as the emulator now only display the top left corner of the game display in the bottom left corner of the window. This poses two issues, one, I can't play the games due to not really being able to see anything, and two, the MESS windows are in the middle of the screen, which means I have no idea how to go into the settings and fix this issue.
Does anyone happen to have any good ideas that could help me resolve this issue?

I've done the same thing before and the only thing I was able to do was delete the config file for the system I changed.
Do you recall which system you were playing when you changed the display setting?
