What this thread means is that: Have you ever had many games you own and wanna play but knowing you wanna beat them all with the limited time you have just overwhelms you and you end up playing a casual game such as cod or battlefield or end up playing nothing. I may just be weird like that i dont know but i know cant be the only one

Right now I got The Evil Within, Mario and Luigi: Dream Team, Pokémon Omega Ruby, Bravely Default, Final Fantasy Type-0 and Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes, that I have to finish. I've started playing all of these, and I usually play one game until I finish it, but for some reason I've started playing another game before finishing these. I blame the 3DS for some of these, since it has to charge, and I'm pretty bad at letting it do that. I think I've actually lost my save two times already in Pokémon.

Right now I'm actually trying to finish Type-0, hence my current profile picture.

I think most gamers go through this at one point or another, but even when you have an entertainment job like myself playing on Twitch, or Youtube it's like you want to make a series for everything you play but there are just so many quality games out there that you don't have enough time to play all of them, then you take personal life matters that come into play and cut that time down considerably, you pretty much summed it up that I end up sitting there not playing anything at all on the off hours when i'm not recording.

Not because doing it for a living takes the fun out of it, but you just look at everything you've got and there are so many different extremely fun things you could be doing and you become so indecisive that you just end up going, well I guess i'll browse the internet instead and look at my blank tv screen, or i'll end up watching something on Netflix and coming on here to play something casual and retro.

Then again, with the amount of choices on here it's easy to have the same thing happen when you're looking through the selection, hence how I end up on the forums most the time, lol.

Welp, no I haven't owned so many video games that I don't know which one to play... that can be true of how many downloaded video games I own though

As a kid I never really got more than one or 2 video games per year... and then when I started work - long story there.... here I am at 31 and still playing video games. I just don't buy a lot of them.

I haven't really felt overwhelmed by my games. Although I have a ton....And haven't beat a few of them... :O

But I don't get many new games often. And most new games I play nowadays are on my phone's emulator. I only download those two at a time and finish those. It's a good strategy I'd say.

There was a time when I was overwhelmed by video games. That was a time before college.
